Greetings North Carolina School Counselors,
As another school year begins, the Executive Board and I want to wish you great success and satisfaction in your role as Professional School Counselors. Your presence in schools across the state is essential to all students succeeding in their academic, career, and personal/social development. You do make a difference in all students’ lives!
The Executive Board of the North Carolina School Counselor Association (NCSCA) is proud to be in service to you! Throughout the coming year we will continue to make it our goal to provide you with professional development opportunities, support through our legislative efforts, advocacy on behalf of all school counselors, our annual Fall Conference, and by maintaining an organizational structure for the association that is efficient and economical.
Our Fall Conference theme for this year is “Advancing the Profession of School Counseling; Our Challenge, Our Promise, Our Future”. Come join with colleagues from across the state to learn, to share, to network, and to celebrate. I look forward to seeing you in November.
