As counselors we wear many hats.  Being that RTI is so individualized I find myself doing many different things with each of my students.  Here are a few of the things I've been doing over the past few weeks:

Fidelity checks to make sure their interventions are being met.
Study skills (helping students create flash cards, giving pop quizzes, etc.)
    Paired reading
Organizational binder checks (making sure students have everything in the right place.)
    Contracts (behavior and attendance)

At times I wonder if I'm doing too much at once.  I know I'm not the only one.  How do you all manage your role as School Counselor in this world of RTI?
